Can I stay with my child for the programming?

For security reasons, parents are not allowed in classes. Kids classrooms are supervised by fully screened and trained volunteers. This is a standard required by our insurance company to ensure that we provide the SAFEST POSSIBLE environment for your child. We invite you to stay on location, enjoy a coffee in our cafe, and join us for the adult service.

Will all my children be in the same group?

Not necessarily. If you have siblings that wish to stay together, we can accommodate that.  However, the older child will be required to accompany the younger child into their class.  Most of the programing is relatively the same for all ages.

What if my child has a food allergy?

Please remind our volunteers at check in so we can arrange for a food-less egg hunt. There are no direct nut ingredients in our egg hunt but there are some *may contain* or *packed in a facility that processes nuts.*

What if my child has exceptionalities and requires one on one assistance?

Please contact us to discuss the specifics.  We may require you as a parent or guardian to accompany them.

How do I check my child in?

Upon arrival you can proceed to our kids check in stations to receive name and security tags.

What happens in the case of an emergency?

We ask all parents to please remain on site in case of emergencies and that you provide us with your cell contact information.  We will text you if you are needed.

Do I need to bring a basket for the egg hunt?

No, we provide bags for the egg hunts.

How do I pick my child up?

Proceed to the area/class you dropped your child off at and show your security tag to our friendly volunteer.  We take security very seriously so please plan on a 15 minute wait time to pick up your children.

Do I need to register my children who are too young for the Egg Hunts?

It is recommended that you register your younger children to ensure we have spots for them in the appropriate classrooms.  We do have some special activities planned for those too young for the egg hunts.  However, these are specific to each campus location

Who do I contact if I have a question not answered here?

For further information contact Heidi.jarrett@mycalvary.life
